Zoltan is a relationship counsellor using an Emotionally Focused Therapies Model to support people in relationships to identify the negative cycles they get caught in.  EFT is a non-blaming and gentle approach with the goal of connecting with the feelings and needs we have in our relationships and how these inform our actions that impact the present.

Emotionally Focused Therapies were developed by Sue Johnson and Leslie Greenberg and is based on John Bowlby’s research on attachment. With attachment being the basis of our relationship Zoltan feels it’s the perfect model to help navigate the complexities of our adult relationships.

Zoltan’s passion is helping people navigate their childhood experience that play out in their adult relationships. It is his vision that by creating strong and connected relationships we can create the framework for a more stable and enriched society.

Zoltan has a Diploma of Counselling Skills, Emotionally Focused Therapies training and lived experience informing his work. Zoltan is a registered therapist with the Melbourne Community for Emotionally Focused Therapy.
